The Everything Juice


My morning routine includes some combination of the following in a juicer: lemon juice, black pepper, sea kelp, turmeric root, ginger root, beet, carrot, banana, parsley, kale, celery and pineapple. I do realize that the juicing process removes important fiber from the items but as part of my morning routine, I’ve found it to be an amazing way to start the day
